Our agency was brought on board as the primary strategic partner for the BluHub launch. The challenge was to take a promising concept and build a complete, market-ready restaurant brand. We managed every critical path, from the initial business plan to the public launch.

Finally, we built the launch strategy. Our team developed the pre-opening marketing and social media buzz, meticulously planned the opening day event for maximum impact, and established a post-launch calendar of events to drive community engagement.
